• Providing excellent wait service to ensure satisfaction
• Speech clarity, the ability to speak clearly so aothers can understand her/him
• Active listening, giving full attention to what othe people are saying, takingtime to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inapropriate times.
• Taking customer orders and delivering food and beverages
• Making menu recommendations, answering questions and talking to the customers to convey information effectively
