Waiter/Waitress (Full time)

Full-time Fine Dining Waiter/Waitress. Newmarket on Fergus, Newmarket, County Clare, Ireland, Ireland

Ideal candidate will work with a team of professionals and be responsible for: - Own station in the Fine Dining Restaurant for Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner service. Pre service duties and after service duties. Ensuring the guest needs are looked after in a timely and efficient manner. Assisting with private dining service that takes place in the Castle and assist in the conference centre when the need arises. Overseeing and training in of commis waiters/waitresses. Candidate needs to meet the following criteria: - Have an excellent level of Restaurant experience, preferably at 4 or 5 star level. Need to enjoy the slightly more formal service of a Castle. Have a friendly, chatty and outgoing personality. Must be well organised and be able to manage busy service periods. Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. As a 5 star hotel our standards are high, so don’t worry, we have a team of professionals who will train you.
