GENERAL MISSION:
Ensures service (preparation, setting the table, serving, taking away the table) with the customer at the point of sale to which it is attached: restaurant, meeting room, banquet hall, breakfast service in the room or in the room or in the cafeteria, room service (room service), bar, terrace.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Ensure a quality service, both in terms of treatment and customer welcome.
- Ensures compliance with storage rules.
- Ensures compliance with hygiene and safety standards.
