Waiter

Duties:

• To provide an efficient and courteous service of food and beverage to the guests to the Hotel’s standard.
• Taking guest orders and serving food & beverages to the correct standards of service
• Checking with customers for ensuring that they are enjoying their meals and taking action to correct any problems.
• Cleaning tables and preparing them for meals, including setting up items such as linens, silverware, and glassware.
• Communicating with Supervisors / Person in Charge.
• To have a clear knowledge of menu content and assist guests.
• To report any complains to the Restaurant Manager/Person in Charge.
• To be responsible for all money entrusted to him/her.
• To carry out any other relevant duties as directed by Management.
• Ensuring service excellence according to the company’s standards
• Be able to remain calm under pressure conditions
• To work as part of a team and be able to meet the department’s objectives

Requirements:

• The applicants must speak Greek and English (any other language will be considered as an advantage)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Preferable at least one year of previous experience
• Able to work shifts
