WE MAKE EDUCATION - to a civil engineering specialist - with specialization! YOU are interested in the versatility of the building trade? YOU can first with us purely informally with an internship in all areas of our construction company to get a taste and then decide for YOU what is right for you! WE help you! Here are our training occupations (all for m / w / d): Construction equipment operator (excavator / crane, Merlo, wheel loader, roller, etc.), concrete and reinforced concrete workers, civil and road builders, pipeline builders / sewer mason.

We will find together with YOU YOUR "Itinerary" at US!  We offer you: - a fixed training contract over 3 years  - a good training allowance, which increases every year of apprenticeship (for example, 1.JEUR 689 gross per month, 2.LJ 873 gross € p.M., 3.LJ 1071 gross.p.M.)  - then a permanent full-time employment contract for employment on our own construction sites, mostly regional, year-round construction sites and projects  - good working environment - no matter which troupe you are in !!!   - open and honest communication - we do not mince words - you should not do that either!  - short information channels  and much more... That's what matters: High; good physical condition (eg when lifting and carrying building material); Skill and eye-in-hand coordination (for example, when fitting finished concrete parts or when loading construction equipment); Willingness to learn; Care and prudence (for example when working on ladders and scaffolding, paying attention to securing the danger zone of construction equipment); Decision-making ability and reaction speed (e.g., responding quickly to sudden obstacles); technical understanding (e.g., in determining and correcting faults and disturbances on construction equipment; Team spirit (e.g., when transporting and installing large precast concrete components); School subjects: Mathematics (e.g., for building material needs assessments, area calculations, and making the measurements); Works / technology (eg for working with tools, machinery and equipment in construction, technical drawing); Physics (for example, for the correct assessment of the properties of materials and the effect of forces and levers); Chemistry (e.g., in making blends of materials BUT especially one: Fun at work !!!
