AniCura Kalmarsund is located on the beautiful southeast coast of Sweden and consists of Läckeby Veterinary Hospital, Kalmar City Clinic and four smaller local clinics in the region. Together we are 135 employees who are passionate about animal healthcare and its development. Our veterinary hospital in Läckeby is set in beautiful countryside only 10 minutes’ drive from the coastal town of Kalmar, whereas our City Clinic of Kalmar is a large totally refurbished veterinary clinic, only 10 minutes’ walk from the town center.

In AniCura Kalmarsund we offer a wide range of specialist care as well as emergency services and referrals. With around 35000 yearly visits, we are the region’s largest referral center and emergency provider. Over the last few years we have been expanding our diagnostics services to include a CT scanner and a MRI. The organization is also fully equipped with digital radiography and ultrasound scanners.

We are now looking to recruit both vets and nurses to join our teams in Läckeby and in Kalmar. We seek devoted team players who thrive in a collaborative environment and are motivated by continuous development of veterinary medicine. You are educated and licensed within your profession as a vet or a vet nurse and have a few years’ experience within the role. You would work with experienced skilled colleagues who would take great care in introducing you to our organization and our routines. Our introduction program stretches over six month and include both clinical introduction, such as shadowing a colleague and having an allocated mentor, to partaking in more general introduction though our introduction days with other new employees.
