  Main tasks:

• Organize and optimize procurement flow with suppliers taking into consideration the company’s strategy, standard flows, and expectations according to Schneider production system requirements

  • Including logistic solutions, batch size, lead time, packaging, ABC/FMR analysis, components stocking policy, consignment stock …

• Issue suppliers forecast, and measure accuracy to optimize and secure business continuity

• Monitor and improve the upstream SC performance

  • Develop local suppliers base: improvement tools, competencies Material management

  • Is in a continuous improvement approach for supplier service, and stock value control

  • Deploy group tools, software, and approach digital interaction with suppliers

• Pilot the containment, corrective and preventive actions to solve upstream SC issues of the plant using the 8D methodology

  • Manage escalation process in terms of business impacting issues

• Responsible for the implementation of rules and principles of management of suppliers

  • PPEP, Transfer, Logistic terms & conditions

  • Use Lean tools for Supply Chain performance: VSM, E-VSM, …

     

    The ideal candidate:  

  • Has relevant degree

  • Has a minimum 2 years of relevant working experience

  • Has experience in SAP MM module

  • Is fluent in English language and has high level MS office skills
