Job description
We are looking for an upcoming (Senior) Project Manager for the rollout of vehicle and motorcycle projects.
In close consultation with the project and line managers involved, you prepare project plans and budgets and assist in the annual budget rounds. You monitor the progress of the project in terms of timing and costs and you identify timely and imminent deviations. You are also expected to come up with recommendations or proposals for adjustment. You provide the reports and presentations of the QTCP (Quality, Timing, Cost and Performance) aspects of a project. Coordinating project deliveries with the intended quality levels is also your task. Many different disciplines and external parties are involved in development projects. You are the spider in the web when it comes to organizing and securing the communication structure. You contribute to the development of new methods and tools for our entire project management organization.
As an upcoming Project Manager you report to the Engineering Definition Vehicle Definition within the Vehicle Integration & Advanced Technology department.
Job requirements
For this challenging position we are looking for candidates with a completed Master / Bachelor education in a business, business economics or technical direction. Having an IPMA-D Certificate is an advantage. You have an affinity with engine and / or vehicle technology. You have a minimum of 3 years work experience and preferably have worked in a technical project environment.
You are a driven, critical personality who wants to work purposefully with the team on concrete solutions for the customer, and you can work well under pressure. You have strong analytical skills. You have excellent skills in planning, coordination and communication.
