  • Advise and serve our customers in booking their travels to Hurtigruten ships via phone, e-mail or chat
  • Maximize every sales opportunity
  • Provide an effective, polite, friendly and professional service

Requirements

  • Fluent in one of the following languages: Norwegian or Swedish
  • Good communication and listening skills
  • Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and demonstrate flexibility
  • Results-oriented and attentive to details
  • Self-motivating working style and good planning skills
