To do so, you are responsible for the drilling crew and drilling equipment and make sure the operation is safe at all times. In terms of safety you specifically: •apply key elements of work environment risk analyses and emergency preparedness legislation in operations •keep the drilling crew well acquainted with all emergency procedures •work in close co-operation with the Driller to ensure that all operation and equipment is safe at all times •inform the Drilling Section Leader about any changes of importance for a safe and efficient operation Who we are looking for You are currently working in a similar offshore position with cyber base equipment and have been a Tourpusher for minimum 1 year. In total you have minimum 5 years offshore drilling experience on Jack-Up rigs. You also hold a Supervisor Well Control certificate issued by an internationally recognized provider. You have HP/HT experience. You are confident working with IT and possess good English communication skills. Your background has made you conversant with safety management principles as well as quality and environment management principles. As a leader, you possess great interpersonal skills and have the ability to communicate with people at all levels of the organisation. At the same time, you are direct and get to the point in a respectful manner and you know how to lead the way. Finally, you are loyal, committed to the team and always think safety first.
