The employer is an international leading producer of engineering tools for developing and testing mechatronic control systems. With more than 1,000 employees around the world they offer hardware and software solutions to develop and implement visions with optimal speed and performance. The company is much in demand as a development partner in the automotive industry, aerospace and industrial automation.

Your profile:

  • fluent English language skills (German would be an asset)

  • engineering , computer science or other technical and scientific studies (Bachelor, Master , Diploma) or a comparable software-oriented education

  • Good knowledge of object oriented programming (C ++ , C # , Java)

  • Knowledge of Windows® Installer Tools (WiX toolset) is an advantage but not essential

  • ability to quickly grasp complex technical systems

  • Systematic and analytical operation

  • Excellent team and communication skills

  • Experience in software testing

Your tasks may include:

  • Deep knowledge of installation technology to understand the tasks of our tools for setup and patch creation, to consider requests to that and to verify the correct implementation (after full incorporation)

  • specifying and developing system and regression tests based on requirements and specifications

  • Maintain and further development of automatic tests

  • implementation of tests, evaluating the test protocols and creating bug reports

  • cooperation with the tool developers and the relevant test engineer

  • Support in introducing of new tool versions and writing Best Practices

The employer will support your first steps in Germany with relocation services, e.g. German language course, assistance with authorities and apartment search and a contact person.
