The primary purpose of this telemarketing role is to drive sales activity with customers not assigned to a sales team. The Agent will report to the Inside Sales Manager and, in addition to above, will ensure efficient management of CRM systems and campaigns to deliver sales growth and Active Customer Base.
Business development for unassigned customers including:
Contacting new and existing customers via phone and generating immediate and long term sales in line with expected timelines and growth targets.
Execute customer conversion campaigns to retain existing customers, and increase revenue.
Market products and services to existing customers to generate sales growth and Active Customer Base.
Collaborate with stakeholders on all lead-development opportunities to drive sales and Active Customer Base.
Interpersonal, communication and collaboration skills.
Demonstrable sales experience.
Ability to grow customer base and support market share growth.
Good PC skills, with ability to understand and communicate data.
Excellent English and local language (where required), verbal and written skills.
Self motivated, resilient and ability to work independently.
