Start your career in IT! Do you speak Dutch and you are interested in computers & IT? Are you at the beginning of your career or recent graduate looking for an opportunity abroad maybe for 1 year or more? A top tech company in Ireland is looking for Dutch speakers! Experience in customer service is preferred but not essential, since you will be fully trained. You will be responsible for solving technical problems and supporting customers via telephone and e-mail. If you are a problem solver who knows how to tackle things, then this is your chance! What are you going to do? · Solve problems with customers using the relevant tools and systems. · Log / Validate all contacts in the database. · Answer incoming calls and emails in a professional manner. · Keep customers informed of open applications. · Contribute to a positive working environment and support proactive team members. What do you need? · Language: fluent English & Dutch is required. · Experience in customer service is preferred (but not essential). · Analytical skills to solve customer-focused problems. · Technical knowledge (computers & internet). · Good communication and organizational skills.
