·High/native level of German with fluent English

·Knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Macintosh OS), networks and hardware components

·Preferentially technical background or technical formation and experience in troubleshooting

We are currently looking for a Technical Customer Care Advisosr for one of our clients, leading company in printing technology.

What you would do:

·First Level technical support of the following products: printer, scanner, digital camera, data- and video-projectors among others, for consumers and business customers

·Presales support and provide accurate information about the products

·Reseller support

·Up-selling of consumables, extended warranties and accessories, both from converting inbound calls into a sale and through follow-up calls of a selected customer base

What we are offering:

· Possibility to work in full time (39 hrs/ week) or part time (30 hrs/week). Monday to Friday in the following range of time: 9:00 to 18:00 (full time) or 9:00 to 15:00 / 12:00 to 15:00 (part time)

· Full time: 15938.37 euros gross/year + up to 1680 euros bonus + commission after sales + bonus of seniority

· Part time: 12260.30 euros gross/year + up to 1292.30 euros bonus + commission after sales + bonus of seniority

·International working environment

·Real possibility to grow within the company

·The work is located in Barcelona Center
