Currently, we are looking for new team members who would support our technical department in the heating, sanitation, ventilation, and air conditioning systems matter:

Technical Building Equipment/Ventilation and Air Conditioning Systems Specialist (m/f/d)

Workplace country: Germany, Oldenburg

Tasks:

• Planning, preparing, and completing air conditioning projects 
• Technical calculations of ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Creating basic offers
• Choosing, contacting and commissioning subcontractors 
• Preparing accounting records and an audit documentation

Candidate Profile:

• Completed education in the technical field, with specialization in the Technical Building Equipment/ventilation and air conditioning systems
• Qualifications in Fire Safety of the ventilation and air conditioning systems preferred
• Very good MS-Office skills
• Independent, dedicated, and solution-driven mindset
• Teamwork-suited, confident personality 
• Good German skills (min. B2)

Spezialist (m/w/d) im Bereich TGA/ Lüftung

Ort: Oldenburg, Niedersachsen

Ihre Aufgaben:

• Planung, Vorbereitung und Abwicklung von TGA-Projekten, Gewerk Lüftung
• Technische Auslegungen und Berechnungen von RLT-Anlagen
• Erstellen von kleineren Angeboten
• Auswahl und Beauftragung von Nachunternehmern
• Erstellen von Abrechnungs- und Revisionsunterlagen

Ihr Profil:

• Sie haben einen Technikerabschluss oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich TGA/ Lüftung
• Kenntnisse im Bereich Brandschutz von RLT-Anlagen sind wünschenswert
• Sie verfügen über gute MS-Office-Kenntnisse
• Eine selbstständige, gewissenhafte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise zeichnet Sie aus
• Teamfähigkeit und ein sicheres Auftreten zählen zu Ihren Stärken
• Gute Deutschkentnisse (min. B2)

• Techniczne obliczenia dot. systemów wentylacji i klimatyzacji
• Opracowywanie krótkich ofert
• Wybór, pośrednictwo oraz najem podwykonawców
• Opracowywanie dokumentacji księgowej oraz dokumentów koniecznych do przeprowadzania kontroli/audytów

Profil kandydata:

• Wykształcenie techniczne/zawodowe ze specjalizacją w dziedzinie technicznego zaopatrzenia budynków oraz systemów wentylacyjnych i klimatyzacji
• Preferowane jest również posiadanie kwalifikaci w dziedzinie bezpieczeństwa przeciwpożarowego systemów wentylacji i klimatyzacji

• Niezależność, sumienność, zaradność
• Umiejętność pracy w grupie, pewność siebie
