We are looking for a Team lead to manage our growing Project and Portfolio Planning team in Vejle, Denmark. The Team employs Project Planners and Portfolio Coordinators for Offshore Wind Farm construction Projects. The Project Planners are responsible for developing and maintaining Project Schedule and resource demand for Full Life cycle of the Wind Farm Engineering, Procurement and Construction using Primavera. The Portfolio Coordinators establish transparency across the Project Portfolio, in regards of demand and capacity for critical resources.

What are my responsibilities? Responsible for all aspects related to the project planning of all Offshore wind farms with PRIMAVERA covering engineering, procurement and construction activities Responsible for the governance of the project planning principles in Offshore as well as the strategic development of PRIMAVERA in Siemens Wind Power Lead a team of approx. 15 project planners located in UK, DE and DK Provide transparency of demand vs. supply report for critical resources and materials Align demand for critical resources and materials with relevant internal suppliers Define and deliver portfolio reports to Senior Management Participate in developing the standards of project execution to contribute in bringing down Cost of Energy

What do I need to qualify for this job? You have several years of experience with PRIMAVERA You have several years experience of working in planning functions with focus on major construction projects as well as leading a team of individuals and managers You have a customer oriented mind-set, are self-driven and motivated to work in a fast changing environment You have a good understanding of procurement and manufacturing for Construction Projects You have experience from Energy development Projects, preferably Offshore eg. Oil & Gas, Wind, Substation You are fluent in English, both orally and in writing In case you have acquired your skills in alternative ways your application is just as well appreciated.
