One of our prestigious clients is looking to recruit a System Administrator to its Budapest operation.
Responsibilities:
- Providing IT related support
- Handling hardware issues
- Managing device installation
- Cooperating with third parties
- Reviewing SLAs
- Initiating process improvements
- Contributing in system implementations
- Taking part in project management
Requirements:
- IT related studies (College or University degree preferred)
- 3-5 years of relevant experience
- Driving licence
- Good knowledge of sales systems and Windows Operating Systems, also has a wide knowledge of Web Browser
- Experience in SQL queries
- Experience in the usage of ticketing system
- Good communication and prioritizing skills
- Great customer focused personality
