Visma is looking for a new Swedish Speaking Customer Satisfaction Survey Coordinator to join Visma Labs.

Key responsibilities:

·     Conduct customer satisfaction surveys via phone and e-mail communication

·     Summarize customer comments and satisfaction level about company’s services

·     Report results to senior colleagues

·     Assist and support colleagues in customer service teams  

Qualifications:

We are looking for a person with experience in customer service who meets the following expectations:

·     Excellent verbal and written Swedish and English language skills

·     Excellent telephone manner (communication, listening and social skills)

·     Positive attitude and responsibility
