Tasks:
• 2nd line support for aspects of the EMC related IT infrastructure, systems and related software
• Event detection and Management o Incident investigation and corrective action/resolution
• Problem root cause analysis as directed by Problem Management
• Change creation, implementation and review
• Participation (under Change Management) in the end to end release management cycle
Requirements:
• 3+ years of experience in related support activities
• University/College degree in the field of IT / Technical
• Fluent English
• Storage Administrator (EMCSA) for Symmetrix, VNX, SAN and NAS
• Implementation Engineer (EMCIE) for Symmetrix, VNX, SAN and NAS
• Platform Engineer (EMCPE) for Symmetrix, VNX and Isilon
• System Administrator for W4NET, Unisphere, SPA, ProSphere, SMAS, InsightIQ
• ITIL V3 accreditation (Foundation)
