Senior SQL server DBA to join our DBA team which is responsible to deliver a high quality of infrastructure managed service.
We offer you an excellent remuneration package in accordance to the experience and skills shown.
Are you interested?
Do you have a Computer Sciences Degree or similar?
You should have, at least, 7 years of working experience in the following areas:
- Installing, configuring and upgrading SQL Server 2000 - 2016 databases
- Managing Server and Database storage
- Performance tuning of database server
- Infrastructure monitoring and analysis
- Designing and implementing various backup/recovery strategies (on various applications like Veritas NetBackup, Veeam)
- Replication, log shipping, mirroring, clustering, Always-On
- Coding scripts, procedures, functions, etc. (T-SQL coding)
- Tuning queries to improve performance
- Developing and implement methods for monitoring
- Support of cubes, ETL processes and data warehouse environments
Additionally, do you have knowledge of SSRS, SSAS, and BI?
Do you usually write white papers or manage a technical blog?
Are you proficiently in written and verbal communication?
