Overview of the Role - Spa Therapist • Full-Time position. • Working schedule is from Monday – Sunday along with a variety of shifts available, however, due to nature of our business, flexibility is required. • Carrying out Spa treatments. • Ensuring the guest receives a memorable Spa experience. • Spa product knowledge and upsell at every available opportunity. • Ensuring treatment rooms are hygienically clean at all times. • Maintaining Spa standards at all times. • Carrying out Reception duties. Special Requirements • Have an ITEC or CIDESCO qualification. • A minimum of one year Spa experience. • Must be chatty, guest focused and friendly. • Must be well organised.
