V Spa at the Villa Rose Hotel is currently recruiting a Spa Manager to join its team.

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of two years managerial experience within the Spa & Wellness industry

  • Demonstrate excellent guest care standards.
  • To ensure that good communication exists within your department, with other departments through out the hotel and fully inform all team members on duty of the upcoming events of the day/week.
  • Working alongside management to develop the spa offering and experience.
  • To oversee the effective implementation of all SOP's within the department carrying our regular checks.
  • Maintain client database, schedule appointments.
  • To apply effective cost controls while maximising all revenue/sales opportunities in order to achieve budget targets.
  • To ensure that staff rosters are written to meet the business demands of the hotel, accurately complete reports, wage forecasts, timesheets and action plans.
  • Training and development of the spa team.
  • You should be an ambitious person who wishes to pursue a career in the Spa Industry.
  • Minimum of two years managerial experience within the Spa & Wellness industry.
