If you recognize yourself in the above, it might be you we need for a period of up to 3 months between June and September 2022.

This year is Spiseriet Anholt's fourth season with organic brunch, lunch, and dinner – served outdoors in the dunes close to Anholt Harbour with beautiful views to the beach and the sea. 

In the evening the menu is homemade sourdough pizza prepared in our wood-fired pizza oven. Our signature dish is a self-developed potato pizza with, among other things, oil from spruce shoots and “Vesterhavs”-cheese, but we also offer other things like our own tomato sauce, delicious meat, and delicate cheeses from organic Danish producers.  

Your job has many tasks which vary every day and can be adapted to your abilities and/or wishes:

  • Work our important pizza oven
  • prepare breakfast, lunch, and pizza
  • delegation and planning
  • quality control, and stock managing

You must be eager to join a team where working and communicating together - and doing it with respect and a proper tone – is most important.

Furthermore, you need to be flexible and ready to help almost everywhere.
