As BEUMER Group A/S in Aarhus is growing, we are looking for experienced Software Project Managers. You will be managing international software projects for "mission critical" systems, bringing together machines, technology and software.

Your primary responsibility will be to lead and execute customer-specific software projects within the agreed budget, resources and quality. More specifically, your tasks will be to:
• lead project teams of software developers, IT engineers and other specialists
• present software solutions to customers and internal stakeholders
• plan the software installation and determine the test strategy
• be involved in the project from specification, design, production and commissioning to handover to the customer
• be responsible for the project execution and for keeping the deadlines and the budgets
• be responsible for the total software supply "all inclusive"
As we deliver leading-edge sortation and distribution systems to customers in airports and logistics centres all over the world, you may expect some travelling activity.
Find new ways to use your talents
• You have experience with managing complex software projects combined with a relevant master's degree in software engineering or similar
• It is advantageous if you are certified in PMI, IPMA or other project management tools
• You have a strong business acumen
• You build good relations with your stakeholders and know how to motivate the project team
• You have knowledge of basic disciplines, such as risk assessment, estimating, planning and budget follow-up
• You have a good overview and the ability to manage many simultaneous activities
• You speak and write English fluently
