Software developer

We are currently looking for a talented senior PHP developer to join our team and be a team leader for our junior software developers.

Job Description:

• Develop web-based corporate business IT solutions in PHP

• Provide technical leadership for multiple software projects

• Communicate frequently with client’s expert personnel and subject matter experts

• Lead the development portion of software production

• Develop flexible and robust platform architecture to support changing business requirements

• Ensure formal review and approval process for all deliverables

• Ensure software deliverable meets business requirements

• Manage application build and deployment process

Requirements:

• 3+ year experience in developing web applications

• Experience in leading a team of developers (or other)

• Expert level in PHP programming, OOP, database design and implementation

• Experience with HTML, CSS, JavaScript

• Experience with MVC frameworks

• Excellent spoken and written English

• Ability to lead/handle/organize development process for complex software projects

• Excellent people skills – demonstrated ability to work with both technical and non technical individuals, both in gathering information and communicating direction and status.

• Excellent analytical skills and obsessive attention to detail

• A strong work ethic and entrepreneurial spirit

• A passion for building great software

• Responsible and team oriented person
