Do you want to make a difference in how we support our wind assets in operation? Join us and become Senior Reliability Fleet Engineer in Maintenance Support, which is responsible for supporting all of the Group's wind assets in operation. Together with six dedicated colleagues, we are responsible for identifying the top downtime drivers, developing and implementing corrective actions as well as ensuring relevant technical support documentation and processes. The department is part of Wind Power, which has 1600 employees and is one of four business units in DONG Energy. Wind Power is the world's largest developer and operator of offshore wind power, and we use our unique knowledge in all phases of our wind turbine projects. During the last 20 years, we have developed and constructed the largest portfolio of offshore wind farms in Northern Europe. You may choose freely to be based either at our office in Skærbæk near Fredericia or in Gentofte in the Greater Copenhagen area. However, you should expect some travelling in relation to your work. Areas of responsibility As Reliability Fleet Engineer, you take up a newly created position, supporting your technical support colleagues. You will be responsible for facilitating and ensuring critical technical documentation and processes across all wind power technical support functions, and you will help ensure high quality and effective document handling in close cooperation with the sites and across asset integrity management. In addition, you will also support our colleagues in our sister departments when relevant. Furthermore, your key duties will be to: •provide mentoring and training to technical support team members on lean and Six Sigma methodologies in theory and practice •support process development, eg participate in technical work teams with a view to ensuring correct use of templates and QA processes, overview, electronic filing and distribution •ensure lessons learned relating to asset integrity are captured and embedded in future design, execution and maintenance practices, including interface with Engineering •support the continuous value addition of records, processes and data in management systems such as ISO 9001 and ISO 550001. Your profile You have a degree or equivalent in manufacturing engineering or a related discipline. You are a Six Sigma 'black belt' or have similar qualifications/experience in manufacturing quality/reliability engineering. Furthermore, you must have relevant work experience within document management, especially technical documentation. Experience with software such as Minitab, TIBCO Spotfire and Tableau is an advantage. You are a Microsoft Office superuser and familiar with web filing systems and electronic document management systems. In general, you have a flair for IT systems. You are highly structured and process-oriented, are able to lead change by engaging others and have strong communication skills that enable you to present and communicate the results of your work in an efficient manner.
