The main focus of this role is to consistently apply a professional service to all departments in line with the Standard Operating Procedures of the Front Office Department. To increase customer satisfaction by providing efficient, prompt trouble free and courteous Front Office service connected with arriving, and in-house guests, in line with the hotel's guidelines. You are expected to ensure that our guest's comfort, satisfaction and well being is catered for in a friendly, helpful, efficient and personalised manner at all times
