This is an opportunity to collaborate with some of the largest technology companies in the world and contribute to the LEGO Group´s digital journey Build a strong organisation to bridge physical and digital LEGO Experiences One Reality bridges the physical LEGO World with the digital, and the focus on One Reality experiences is growing. As Senior Manager, you will drive this area forward, while building a One Reality organisation that can support the growing demand for One Reality technologies. This includes: People management responsibilities for 4 Producers and 2 Developers, supporting and developing the team´s skills Following digital trends, making sense of them and evaluating how and if they can be used in future LEGO Play experiences Collaborating with external technology companies to aid them in understanding how their products fit with the LEGO Context Pitching the technologies internally to LEGO Designers Help us set the direction for future digital LEGO Play Working with digital experiences in the LEGO Group is rewarding and challenging. You evaluate technologies through the eyes of our users - the children - whose learning and creativity we continuously strive to inspire through LEGO Experiences. When you succeed with the projects, you help children activate the LEGO Group´s core values through play. Experienced people leader who understands digital product development You will be challenged on your ability to understand the existing technological landscape both inside and outside the LEGO Group to bridge internal needs and external technologies. To facilitate this, you have: Experience assessing new technologies combined with a solid business understanding to evaluate new technologies in relation the LEGO Business model 5+ years of people management experience, so you can coach, develop and motivate your team while creating a strong unit High standards and integrity in terms of what is "good UX" for digital / physical experiences for LEGO Core users Strong end-user understanding combined with a global technological understanding, e.g. is one technology relevant for all markets Join the global family of LEGO In the LEGO Group, we succeed together, and you will be part of a global family where you will collaborate across the LEGO Organisation.
