Job offer description

Missions :

Support, maintain and improve the server infrastructure

Drive automation and good practice to improve customer experience.

Provide advanced technical support

Help develop systems standards and procedures

Design, program and modify scripts

Write documents and reports regarding recurring incidents

Plan, implement and carry out maintenance (upgrades/updates/fixes..)

Ensure performance and reliability by monitoring systems

 

Profile :

Master's degree in Computer sciences or equivalent

At least 5 years of experience in a similar rôle

Expertise in Redhat Linux OS (5,6,7 & 8) and Unix systems

Experience in provisioning and decommission of VM running Redhat OS

Knowledge of LDAP protocol and systems

Experience in management of DNS, DHCP and NFS/CIFS

Experience with automation and scripting (PowerShell, Ansible, Python..)

Experience with Devops tools (Puppet, Satellite, Jenkins..)

Red Hat Certified Engineer (RHCE) would be an asset.
