Senior F2P Game Designer

The job offer is available for the following event:

Critical Force is looking for a talented F2P Game Designer with diverse game design and development experience.

You have a clear vision of the entirety of game systems and features that lead to high player engagement and monetization. You’re able to communicate your ideas and work with programmers, artists and producers to make that a reality. You are self-motivated, collaborative, and you have solution-oriented attitude.

 

Responsibilities:

  • F2P mobile game design (meta-game design, core loops, virtual economies etc.)

  • Create design documentation and descriptions, presentations and layouts/mockups

 

You are expected to have:

  • A minimum of 5 years' experience in mobile F2P game design

  • Great attitude and passion for game development

  • Experience in creating and leading game concepts

  • Ability to communicate game design and vision

  • Broad knowledge and understanding of game mechanics

  • Experience in game and economy balancing

  • Ability to receive and provide feedback

  • Ability to use data analysis and player feedback to tune your work.

  • Good understanding of current mobile game trends

 

We also appreciate:

  •  Comfortable with MS Excel

  • Experience with Competitive Multiplayer Games

  • Unity Engine experience
