Job offer description

As Senior Equipment Specialist you will be responsible to ensure stable manufacturing equipment in terms of availability, performance and efficiency as well as solve complex problems using data analysis. More specifically, you will

  • Define, plan and manage calibration and full maintenance activities
  • Coordinate the installation and release of duplicated equipment for production
  • Actively participate in the release of first of a kind equipment and responsible for knowledge transfer to equipment team
  • Define and maintain problem solving techniques to ensure effective, quality-driven and cost efficient solutions
  • Investigate, install and/or upgrade complex HW & SW issues
  • Communicate with and coordinate third party support activities in order to improve cost and efficiency
  • Define inventory management rules, stock limits and ordering strategy to optimize the costs
  • Ensure transfer of knowledge for first of a kind equipment (from internal and supplier) into documents and deploy to manufacturing
  • Create and implement work instructions and procedures, related to manufacturing, maintenance, calibration and release
  • Participate in the recruitment and development process of technicians and trainees
  • Ensure efficient risk assessment using FMEA approach

Profile:

  • Engineering University Degree
  • Proven track record for achieving high quality results in manufacturing equipment – at least 3 years
  • Knowledge of electronics and ability to design/coordinate PCB/PC
  • Knowledge of problem solving, risk management and data analyzing tools
  • Project management , inventory management, cost optimization tools knowledge
  • Lean & 6-Sigma tools knowledge, data analyzing skills
  • Advanced knowledge of MS office
  • Fluent in English
