Senior Developer for our Risk Advisory Department (m/f) - Job based in Luxembourg

Position summary

In a world in which processes are more and more automated and innovation a key to success, Deloitte Luxembourg has set up a Risk Advisory development team with the mission of supporting our risk advisory consultants with innovative solution using cutting-edge software development techniques.

The job offer is for experienced software developers willing to work on functional and technical aspects of innovative solutions that are used by Deloitte’s clients.

You will have the opportunity to :

• Work as part of a collaborative team of entrepreneurial people and recognised multi-industry experts in risk advisory
• Work directly with our functional and technical experts using Agile methodologies (e.g. Scrum, DevOps)
• Develop proof-of-concepts and products by integrating new technologies such Artificial Intelligence, Robotics Cognitive Automation and many others.
• Use various and different programming languages (e.g. Python, C/C++/C#, Ruby, Scala, , Java, etc.)
• Create innovative and immersive user experience interfaces
• Develop business skills by learning industry and clients processes, and developing innovative solutions embedded in client’s processes for automation and risk management.

To fit in the role, you also have:

• A Master Degree in Computer Science or another relevant field, or demonstrate solid development skills.
• Practical experience in developing on one of the technologies mentioned above
• Strong interest in learning business transformation, risk management and new technologies
• A strong and enthusiastic work ethic
• A collaborative mind set, enjoy sharing knowledge and succeed as a team
• A passion for programming and satisfying your clients and end users
• Fluency in English and French or German. Any other language is considered an asset
