This is our first dedicated customer success role, so you will have a significant say in the way we serve our customers, act as a trusted advisor to our large customers and ensure they get the most out of their investment in our solution. Your focus will be on the Nordic and Baltic markets, but as we grow there is a substantial opportunity to grow with our firm’s expansion into new markets.

Your daily work will include:

  • Serving our Nordic and Baltic customers, managing the day-to-day relationships, their priorities and concerns
  • Engaging with our customers to understand new opportunities and feeding back these opportunities into our internal discussions and thought processes
  • Contributing to our agile delivery process by taking the customers perspective and ensure focus on adoption and commercialisation
  • Developing new opportunities in adjacent markets such as Eastern Europe, either directly or by creating partnerships with local firms
  • Become a trusted advisor to our international resale partners, sharing best practice, market insights and opportunities

What we expect from you

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience selling technology-based products or services into the forestry segment
  • Hands-on attitude from gaining customers’ buy-in to proactively closing deals and managing the relationship during delivery
  • Solid understanding of the technology landscape and a keen interest to understand how AI can contribute to digitalization in forestry
  • Ability to engage our customers and create the momentum for adoption of our solutions
