Key Results/ Accountabilities expected from role

  • Understand the country and sub-cluster business trends, customer’s expectations and current & future strategy to shape the effective and legally complaint usage of customer contracts
  • Support the sales team by providing fully prepared contracts to support customer      conversations
  • Coach and guide the sales team in legal requirements and effective usage of customer contracts
  • Responsible for developing and utilizing robust analytics and MI to track and monitor contract performance and compliance. Use outputs to recommend interventions and   actions for the sales team
  • Support, drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives within the Contract advisor community
  • Responsible for tracking and reporting contract compliance and performance
  • Responsible for the mass preparation of contracts at points where business activities require significant management of change, for example an annual price increase
  • Accountable for ensuring all contracts are maintained and stored in archiving tool
  • Act as a focal point for any activities connected with: contract portfolio controlling: regular provision of MI and reporting, managing of settlements, distributor’s budgets, provisions, penalties and accruals validation of all active contracts, close cooperation with distributors.
  • Focal point for GBS related to contract conditions, settlements and payments.
  • Working as part of the Sales Operations team in continuously improving the new Sales Operations organization in ways of working and capability that supports the customer and front lines sales team effectively and efficiently. This includes sharing best practice and combining support to both the Auto and Industrial businesses



Experience & Expertise (mandatory & desired) 



Mandatory:

  • Strong analytical skills (incl. mastery in MS Office Excel)
  • Detail oriented, self-directed, organized and efficient at time management
  • Initiative and self-starter. Experienced in managing small projects from A to Z.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in addition to interpersonal communication skills
  • Knowledge of contracts, legal requirements, pricing and trade loans & rebates. Previous experience in legal and trade loans and trade rebates preferred
  • Fluent Polish and English, spoken and written

Desired:

  • Active listener, calm and reliable person
  • Ability to resolve conflicts and negotiating with others
  • Knowledge of the Automotive industry, business and key customers
  • Knowledge of the Industrial business and key customers
  • Power Point skills
  • Knowledge of architecture in SAP (NIKE template) – nice to have
  • Knowledge of basic legal practices
