Senior Analyst, Services Project/Program Management - German/French

Our team manages projects or leads others managing projects — ensuring cross-functional teams work collaboratively and effectively. We oversee initial plans, set budgets, track project activities and communicate milestones to key stakeholders.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Contact customers (via telephone and email) to coordinate installation services within 24 hours of project assignment
  • Operates as the primary point of contact for questions from internal/ external customers, and fields inquiries regarding project status or project escalation
  • Ensure accurate project documentation is recorded and timely communication/updates provided to all  relevant stakeholders and conduct periodic follow ups (internally and externally) to ensure project is on track and conduct post-project evaluations
  • Ability to comprehend the installation Statement of Service sold and articulate the service description/ project to the customer 
  • Supports administrative activities for the team:  project assignment, scheduling tool management, time and attendance, etc.
  • Proactively identifies potential issues and drives resolution to avoid customer impact and facilitate continuous improvement and identifies opportunities for growth and innovation and facilitates internal process improvement
  • A strong understanding and ability to gain knowledge of Dell’s hardware and installation offers and proven ability to learn and manage technical solution (compute, storage, network, and software) requirements in the construction and ongoing delivery of engagements
  • Efficient use of Dell systems, tools and applications to coordinate and schedule appointments and maintain a constant focus on cost management and revenue attainment



Essential Requirements

  • **English plus an additional European language , either German or French.**
  • Effective at facilitating communication among team members with varied cultures, backgrounds, and areas of expertise
  • Strong Project Management skills and ability to successfully reach project objectives and milestones while remaining within budget constraints
  • Ability to multi-task and handle a large workload efficiently 
  • Coordinates/facilitates communications between client and key resources on the project team
  • Ability to think independently and apply effective problem solving skills
  • Excellent customer service skills; Proficient in working with customers and being an external representative.



Desirable Requirements

  • Undergraduate degree
  • 2- 5  years relevant work experience
  • Minimum of 2+ years’ experience in technical project management, including at least 1 year in the deployment of infrastructure projects for medium-to-large size enterprise data centers
  • Familiarity with professional services software delivery and deployment processes
  • itil / PMP or other industry recognised project management type certification
