POSITION

Then you might be the SCADA Technician for our service team in Silkeborg, Denmark. 

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

As SCADA Technician in our service department you will have a wide range of assignments:

• Troubleshooting on SCADA systems

• Network assignments

• Monthly service check of SCADA systems

• Proactive service & maintenance

• System check: Onsite, in-house at costumer’s premises and remote for hardware and software

• Inspection of systems which guarantees have expired

• Installation and support of own products

The size and complexity of the assignments vary. However, quality and customer satisfaction are always our top priority. It is important that you thrive on working with complexed issues where the solution is not given in advance.

Developing your skills has a high priority at SCADA International. With the right mix of training, courses and challenging assignments, we will ensure that you are prepared for new challenges within technical SCADA solutions and SCADA International´s own product portfolio.

You will, in due time, be a part of SCADA international’s attendant scheme.

CANDIDATE BACKGROUND

You are experienced within the field or you are a trained electrician with experience within controlling and regulation, automatic technician or electronics technician with relevant work experience.

You are flexible and you are motivated by a job that gives you the opportunity to travel – up till 40 days per year.

You have experience with/or have knowledge of: 

  • Communication protocols (OPC, Modbus, DNP3, IEC 101, IEC 104) 
  • Configuration PLC (structured text)
  • Documentation 
  • SAT/FAT Test 
  • Controlling and regulation principles 
  • TCP/IP Network 
  • Troubleshooting electrical systems

You will be a part of an international service team where your German and English language skills have high priority.
