SAP Consultant SD (f/m) in Service Management

 

Your future job

  • You will support the 2nd Level Support in SAP SD module for our national and international customers

  • You will process customer issues independently and with a focus on finding a solution, working with SAP Solution Manager

  • You will analyse customer requirements and error messages, create solution concepts and implement these (using Customising amongst other things)

  • You will document and test your solutions and put them into practice

  • You will provide customised technical advice for our customers

 

Your profile

  • You have sound knowledge in processing and customisation in the SD SAP module through at least 1 year of practical experience

  • Ideally you have a degree in information management or business administration or optionally, you have an IT-related/commercial degree or comparable knowledge gained through experience

  • You have practical knowledge of business processes in Sales

  • Ideally you can also pick up basic knowledge of ABAP

  • You are equally comfortable using both German and English
