For an exciting and developing job in ECCO’s Global IT Department, we seek a motivated and ambitious IT employee who will help us continue the success of our department. The position is based in our headquarters in Bredebro, Denmark. As a member of the Global IT Service Development Team the whole world is your working place. You will be working primarily with project related work by developing and deploying new functionality on Salesforce.com (sales, service, marketing) and 3rd level support. You will be in contact with both external and internal business partners on a daily basis. Job Profile: •IT sparring partner for the business on the assigned Salesforce.com projects and tasks - both in headquarters and globally. •Analyze and map business requirements into possible deliverables. •Design and setting up Salesforce.com functionalities including implementation & burn in support, followed by documentation and handover to operations. •Facilitate and contribute in knowledge sharing. •Project participation and potentially project management. •Quality assurance. •Documentation & Best practices to be followed. The Salesforce.com platform plays a vital role in ECCO’s strategic approach to improve the partnership to multichannel customers/consumers (sales, service, marketing). As a consultant, you will be involved in all aspects of your area of responsibility, participate in and potentially run projects to further develop and extend the usage of SFDC functionality including overall functional design, creation of prototypes as well as handling specifications and documentation and deliver smaller scale enhancements. Qualifications and Work Experience: You hold at least 2-3 years of experience working with the Salesforce.com platform (sales and/or service). You have the ability to capture current business processes and bridge these to the application. Your ability to establish contact to peers will form the basis for sparring with the business responsible persons, and for the daily work within the IT Salesforce.com team. Educational: Bachelor or Master Degree.
