We are one of the main tourism companies in Lapland, also with many tours around Scandinavia. We are looking for a B2B sales person with fluent Dutch or German languages to join our sales force in Rovaniemi office.

The collaborator we want to make part of our team must have:

- Excellent command in the English language; - Minimum of 2 years of work experience related to the position; - Proficiency with MS Office; - Bachelor (or higher) associated with the area is preferable; - Good command in Chinese, French, German, Italian, Spanish or Russian is a plus.

Essential duties and responsibilities:

- To proceed with sales actions such as payments, receipts, processing checks, deck plans; - To coordinate all components of the travelling process, including tickets, photo packages, and other special orders; - To develops new group and F.I.T. sales with key tour companies; - SRVP; - To assure immediate assistance to guest inquiries; - To manage reservation software, such as Bókun; - To attend meetings.
