Sales Excellence Manager, Research, Innovation & Supply, Bagsværd
For our Sales Excellence team, we are looking for a dynamic new Sales Excellen Manager to spearhead our efforts in improving the Novozymes way of selling and leading a sales organization.

In addition to your proven ability to identify, facilitate and drive global development initiatives, you are ready to improve our sales skills for the global sales force. For an ambitious individual who enjoys getting results this is a unique opportunity to use your multi-faceted talents to support one clear-cut goal: support the Novozymes growth agenda.

Your focus areas will include sales and sales management, key account initiatives, customer satisfaction etc.

It is equally important that you thrive in the process where you carry through large change projects and guide and instruct the organization to overcome challenging obstacles. This calls for your profound change management experience, a good interpersonal mindset as well as solid stakeholder management capacity.

You are an analytical capacity with a structured approach to your tasks enabling you to go into detail without losing the comprehensive view. In the job, you will be interacting with people of all functions and at all levels – across and upwards in the organization, and it goes without saying that you are able to build and maintain good relations across seniorities and thrive in a multi-cultural organization with a distinct respect for individuals.

In this position you need to have:

- A Master in Business Administration (cand.merc), Economics or IT
- Working experience (minimum 3-4 years) from large global sales organizations
- Strong project management and commercial skills
- An extrovert personality with drive, high impact personality, persuasive communication skills and a strong ability to manage and drive positive change.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Excellent Word, Excel and PowerPoint skills
