SALES ENGINEER SERVICE

JOB DESCRIPTION SALES ENGINEER SERVICE

As a Sales Engineer Service Projects, you are the technical and commerical contact person for Sales Managers on questions about modification and revision of automated production lines for industrial bakeries. You translate the needs and demands of the client into system designs that fit within the technical and commercial limits of the situation. You are part of a multidisciplinaire serviceteam and you report to the Global Service Manager.

Your challenge

When an existing client wants to make a change in its production line, you will be the person called to make a fitting solution. You do this by having conversations with the client and with the Sales Managers. Within projects, you identify the technical, conceptual and commercial risks and you turn these into a concept and a calculation. With the feedback from the team and other internal experts, you change this concept into a succesful system modification and a winning offer.

ARE YOU THE CANDIDATE?

  • You have a technical Bachelor's or Master's degree in e.g. Mechanical Engineering, System Engineering or Mechatronics;
  • You have the ambition to develop yourself in a technical-commercial position;
  • You are commercially oriented and you enjoy working with customers;
  • You are an excellent communicator and presenter in English. Knowledge of German would be a plus;
  • You are willing to learn Dutch;
  • You are a team player and you have a feeling for quality and service levels.
  • You are looking to move to the Netherlands for the long term.
