Minimum Requirements • Food & Beverage qualifications at least 2 year course • At least 3 years recent previous experience as a Restaurant Manager/Operations Manager in a 100 seater English speaking restaurant preferably in Ireland • Excellent leadership, communication and motivational skills • Sound knowledge of all aspects of the Restaurant Management role including rostering, purchasing, reservations • Must be totally knowledgeable of all purchasing and costing of foods, beverages and wages Must be eligible to work in Ireland and have the relevant qualifications.
