Job Summary

You will report directly to the Pembroke Restaurant manager. When on duty you will be fully responsible for all aspects regarding the smooth running of the restaurant to include:

  • Customer service
  • SOP managment
  • Staff management
  • Order and bill processing

Qualifications and Skills

Previous experience in Food and Beverage service essential, preferably within the hotel industry.
