Key Responsibilities of Restaurant Manager: 

• preparing a restaurant for work; plans, organizes and supervises the work of the restaurant: work schedule, general efficiency, general hygiene; manages the work of restaurant employees to ensure that the results comply with the standards; 

• examining the restaurant's premises in order to ensure all the conditions for the smooth running of the work process, taking care of the atmosphere and ambience in the restaurant during serving meals at the restaurant; 

• controls operational work of employees; 

• reviews and analyzes food and beverage prices and suggests changes; designs and creates instruments for the supply of food and beverages; 

• is responsible for profitable work based on effective human resources management; introduces special events, seasonal activities, holiday promotions and other innovations; 

• organizes and conducts trainings for additional food and drink sales in the restaurant. 

 

We expect the candidates to: 

• SSS / VKV / VŠS (hotel, catering); 

• previous experience in similar jobs in hotels with 4 * or 5 * or cruise; 

• excellent knowledge of national and international wines, leadership skills; 

• management skills; 

• active knowledge of English in speech and writing, preferably knowledge of another foreign language; 

• Computer skills (MS Office)
