We are currently recruiting a Full Time Reservations / Reception Supervisor with the ability to work as part of our Front Office team.

  • Consistently offer professional, friendly and engaging service.
  • Book and enter room reservation requests using the Property Management System.
  • Enter rooming lists while ensuring accuracy, as required.
  • Update reservations ensuring a flawless check in and check out process.
  • Ensure revenue is maximized by up-selling guest rooms and recommending hotel facilities.
  • Liaise with Sales and other departments as required.
  • Answer telephone and email inquiries in a timely manner.
  • Assist guests regarding hotel facilities in an informative and helpful way.
  • To provide an excellent service for checking in and out of hotel guests.
  • To complete cash handling and ensure that all transactions are completed correctly.
  •  Follow department policies, procedures and service standards.
  •  Follow all safety policies.
  •  Other duties as assigned.

We are looking for:

  • Be able to work on your own initiative & cope well under pressure.
  • Be computer literate.
  • Excellent personal presentation.

The successful candidate will have a minimum of 6 months reception/reservations experience in a hotel setting. Previous experience using the Hotsoft PMS system would be advantageous.

The successful candidates need to be flexible and have availability to work during week days and/or weekends.
