The Renewal Sales Representative will be responsible for the following:
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate sales activities to ensure all renewals are received on time.
- Follow up with current accounts to ensure Varonis product is being fully utilized and is operating properly.
- Ensure the proper Value Added Reseller (VARS) are being utilized for sales renewals.
- Develop and provide Value Added Resellers (VARS) with renewal quotes and ensure those quotes are received on time.
- Maintain current customer relationships and provide support as needed (respond to customer requests, manage, and resolve customer issues).
- Present and upsell Varonis products to current clients.
- Engage clients to up sell new various products.
- Responsible for identifying projects and opportunities with clients and turning those into orders.
- Provide assistance in defining market activities within region.
- Promote the use of office hours with current clients. (One hour of free engineer support with a Varonis professional service employee).
- Maintain and track renewals in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system.
- Develop renewal forecasts for Senior Management.
- Ensure the continued success and growth of the company.
