Receptionist (m/f) (ID: AH-193)

Located in the heart of Bad Windsheim, the hotel is one of five family-runned hotels of the employer.

With 112 comfortable hotel rooms, 10 meeting rooms for up to 350 people, bar and two restaurants, it is one of the largest hotels in Bad Windsheim. The employer offers a varied and challenging work environment and a motivated team.

Your tasks:

  • Effective implementation of the guests check in's / out's

  • Optimal care and advice of the guests

  • Appropriation thorough knowledges of room, prices, and location

  • Keeping in touch with all departments of the company

  • Support of the reception conductor as part of the daily tasks

  • Training of apprentices

Your profile:

  • Completed training in the hospitality industry

  • Work experience

  • German and English language knowledges at least C1

  • Quick apprehension and flexibility

  • Independence and high level of commitment

  • Good manners and safe friendly appearance

  • In-depth knowledge and industry knowledge

Frame conditions and benefits for employees:

  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours/week)
