Für das Hotel-Restaurant mit internationaler Küche werden zwei Mitarbeiter/innen gesucht: ein/e Empfangssekretär/in und ein/e Empfangschef/-chefin.

Ihre Tätigkeit umfasst folgende Aufgaben

  • mehrjährige Rezeptions- bzw. Reservierungserfahrung in der Hotellerie (als Führungskraft)

  • Unterstützung des Empfangsteams

  • Erweiterte / sehr gute Kenntnisse Hotelsystem Fidelio

  • Service- und Kundenorientierung

  • Gute Umgangsformen und Ausdrucksweise

  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse (B2/C1)

  • Teamfähigkeit und ein positives Erscheinungsbild

Your profile:

  • Broad experiences with reception or reservation tasks, experience in the hotel industry with management responsibilities

  • Support our reception team

  • Advanced / very good knowledge of the hotel system Fidelio

  • service and customer orientation

  • Good manners and expression

  • Very good command of German and English (B2 / C1)

  • teamwork and a positive appearance
