DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Receiving guests on arrival with open and friendly manner.
Meeting the requirements of guests.
Dealing with advanced reservations and fulfilling particular requirements with use of Hotelinco computer platform and Booking Extranet.
Maintaining all transactions with guests, making sure that all bills and invoices are kept up-to-date.
Working with housekeeping and room maintenance personnel to complete tasks efficiently.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
Valid EU passport
Fluently spoken English
Previous experience in similair establishments
Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment
Demonstrated commitment to customer service
Excellent problem solving/decision-making skills
Pleasant and communicative character
Professional attitude and appearance
Reliability and hard work
Great team spirit
Accommodation at the resort is available in the mobile homes with low rent.
