DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES

  •  Contacting and informing guests upon arrival.

  •  Receiving guests on arrival with open and friendly manner.

  •  Meeting the requirements of guests.

  •  Dealing with advanced reservations and fulfilling particular requirements with use of Hotelinco computer platform and Booking Extranet.

  •  Maintaining all transactions with guests, making sure that all bills and invoices are kept up-to-date.

  •  Working with housekeeping and room maintenance personnel to complete tasks efficiently.

 

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

  • Valid EU passport

  • Fluently spoken English 

  • Previous experience in similair establishments

  • Ability to make decisions in a fast-paced environment

  • Demonstrated commitment to customer service

  • Excellent problem solving/decision-making skills

  • Pleasant and communicative character

  • Professional attitude and appearance

  • Reliability and hard work

  • Great team spirit

 

NOTES

  • Seasonal employment.

  • Accommodation at the resort is available in the mobile homes with low rent.

  • One free meal is provided during the work time in the resort's restaurant.

  • Free laundry service available at the resort.
