Job summary

GENERAL MISSION:
Ensures the correct stay of the client. 
Intervenes in the preparation of the client's file up to the payment of the services.
Ensure the operations linked to the customer reception, manage the hotel cashier and the room sales.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Know how to sell a reservation for your hotel or for the other hotels in the Group. 
- Welcoming customers (both on the phone and directly in the hotel) and checking in. 
- Informing customers about the terms of stay, formalities and services offered by the hotel. 
- Guarantee the quality of the services offered to the guest. 
- Build customer loyalty. 
- Responsible for the cash fund entrusted to him/her during his/her service. 
- Receives payment for clients' stays and prepares debit invoices 
- Keeps all statistical data and information available for the other services 
- Knows and respects the rules of hygiene and safety.
